The first thing I noticed Monday morning was the lack of dust on our black reception counter, which usually shows everything. We brought in this janitorial service after our office manager got tired of reminding the old crew about the same corners, and they worked over one weekend to reset the place. Their crew used a room-by-room checklist for the lobby, restrooms, and break area, and it showed when I walked through before staff arrived. It was a practical, no-drama improvement that made the office feel cared for again.
